MR. JIGNESH SHAH - FOUNDER

Mr. Jignesh Shah is qualified Chartered Accountant - Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Certified Management Consultant – The Institute of Management Consultants of India, Commerce and Law Graduate with significant and varied experience of more than three decades by rendering professional services in the areas of Auditing and Assurance, Direct Taxation, Corporate Law, Financial Management, FEMA to clients in India and out of India.

He renders advisory services to clients on Business and Acquisitions, Joint Venture and Collaborations, Due Diligence, Evaluation of Business and Brands, Risk Assessment , Reengineering and Restructuring of Business Units. .

He is registered consultant with Asian Development Bank, African Development Bank, World Bank with experience of more than two decades in implementing/executing development projects of multilateral development institution in the areas of Governance, Institutional Strengthening & Capacity Building, Budgeting, Risk Assessment , Judicial Reforms and Public Financial Management .

He has expertise and experience of more than two and half decades in delivering range of training programmes in Accountancy, Auditing and Assurance, Direct Taxation, Financial Management, Start Up, Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Building, Risk Assessment and an array of other topics at Business Schools, Universities, Government Organisation, Multilateral Development Institutions.
